Athletic Training

Mortland Physical Therapy specializes in providing athletic training to both amateur and professional athletes, including:

• Pittsburgh Penguins – Mark Mortland is recognized by the Pittsburgh Penguins as one of the best athletic trainers in the National Hockey League. Mark has been a key member of the Penguins training staff for nine years and has personally helped all players – including NHL Hall-of-Famer Mario Lemieux – recover from various injuries and return to the ice.

• Peters Township High School – The athletes of Peters Township receive personal attention and treatment from Keri Matty - athletic trainer with Mortland PT since 2005.
